RAP Scholarship Celebrations – A huge success!

 

 

The 6^th Annual RAP Scholarship Celebrations held November 2, 2006 at SAIT and November 3, 2006 @ NAIT were a huge success. The 2006 Celebrations were the biggest event in CAREERS history.

 

 

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 312 RECIPIENTS OF A 2006 RAP SCHOLORSHIP.

 

 

The Scholarship celebrations are held to honour the Alberta Apprenticeship & Industry Training Board Scholarship recipients. The RAP Scholarship program recognizes the academic and trade related accomplishments of High School students taking the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) and encourages them to continue with their chosen trade.

  

 

 

Since 2000, CAREERS: The Next Generation has celebrated the accomplishments of some of Alberta's most talented high school apprentices at the annual event.  Last fall, 226 scholarship winners from across the province were honoured by family members, teachers, industry mentors and government officials who gathered at two events held in Edmonton and Calgary. 

CAREERS would like to thank all of the volunteers, staff, and sponsors for their hard work and dedication.  We could not have done it without you.
